The FSM and the accounting team are gearing up for the 2027 budget season. As the communities have their mid year reports and the website are updated, we are excited to announce that soon the 2027 budget drafts will be available for the BOD members and any resident who wishes to review them. FSM will offer budget workshops in person and on zoom for the members who need any extra assistance in understanding the budget process. FSM looks forward to working with all vendors to keep operating costs as low as possible.
