The executive team at Florida Skyline Management announced today that the lockbox box processing center will now change to a new location. Effective January 1, 2026 the payment processing center for FSM will relocate to Tampa. The bank staff and FSM executives reached this decision after recent staffing issues at the Miami location, disrupted services. The new address will be Florida Skyline Management, PO Box 20585, Tampa, FL 33622-0585 . This address is for association payments only, please do not send anything else to this location.
