Any member is able to get a copy of the 2024 community year end financial report. The report can be obtained by emailing your property manager, sending in a written request or stopping by to see the on site manager at your community. If you are looking for the CPA audit or financial review, the accountants are working on these reports and they will be available later in the year. If you have any questions, please let us know.
