The 2024 Budget season was the most difficult in the history of Florida Skyline Management. With the rising insurance costs, inflation, operational costs and utility increases, we are seeing increases across the state. Our staff has worked hard to keep the budgets as low as possible, but in some cases it was not possible. The new state laws on reserves, increased funding requirements and vendor/supply costs are making it trying times for everyone. In the new few weeks you will be receiving the 2024 coupon packages with the budgets and all the payment options will remain the same. If you have any questions about your community association dues, your account or need help setting up a payment, please call the FSM accounting office, Monday thru Friday from 9am - 4pm. We want to thank all the volunteers that helped so much during the budget process.
